Job Description


        Job Overview

          • The role focuses on ensuring the optimal operational performance of the company’s mechanical equipment through effective maintenance management, supervision, and technical leadership.

        Technical Responsibilities

        1. Maintenance Monitoring & Improvement

            • Monitor and measure the operational performance of mechanical equipment.

            • Identify areas for improvement through supervision of the Mechanical Preventive Maintenance (PM) System.

        2. Work Order Management & Auditing

            • Review and audit all mechanical work orders to ensure timely completion and satisfactory quality before closure.

            • Support Maintenance Superintendents and Drilling Operations to ensure maintenance is delivered effectively.

        3. Inspections & Failure Analysis

            • Personally conduct maintenance inspections of rigs under supervision and maintain accurate inspection records.

            • Review and participate in equipment failure investigations.

            • Assist in establishing root causes of failures and implementing remedial measures.

        4. Resource & Maintenance Management

            • Manage and direct resource utilization to minimize Non-Productive Time (NPT).

            • Manage and oversee all maintenance activities on assigned rigs.

            • Assist in developing and implementing appropriate technical standards within the company’s management system.

        5. Staff Leadership & Compliance

            • Take accountability for overall rig mechanical maintenance staff, ensuring a motivated, disciplined, and productive workforce through effective leadership and communication.

            • Evaluate supervised personnel and recommend promotions, salary adjustments, transfers, or terminations as required.

            • Ensure all work is performed in compliance with the company’s Maintenance Management System requirements and guidelines.

        2. إدارة أوامر العمل والتدقيق




            • مراجعة وتدقيق جميع أوامر العمل الميكانيكية لضمان الإنجاز في الوقت المناسب وجودة العمل قبل الإغلاق.


            • دعم المشرفين على الصيانة وعمليات الحفر لضمان تقديم الصيانة بشكل فعّال.

        3. الفحص وتحليل الأعطال




            • إجراء فحوصات الصيانة على الحفارات تحت الإشراف والحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة للفحوصات.


            • مراجعة والمشاركة في تحقيقات أعطال المعدات.


            • المساعدة في تحديد الأسباب الجذرية للأعطال وتنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية.

        4. إدارة الموارد والصيانة




            • إدارة وتوجيه استخدام الموارد لتقليل وقت التوقف غير الإنتاجي (NPT).


            • إدارة والإشراف على جميع أنشطة الصيانة على الحفارات المخصصة.


            • المساعدة في تطوير وتنفيذ المعايير التقنية المناسبة ضمن نظام إدارة الشركة.

        5. قيادة الفريق والالتزام بالمعايير




            • تحمل مسؤولية جميع موظفي صيانة المعدات الميكانيكية في الحفارات، وضمان وجود فريق محفّز ومنضبط ومنتج من خلال القيادة الفعّالة والتواصل.


            • تقييم الموظفين الخاضعين للإشراف والتوصية بالترقيات أو تعديلات الرواتب أو النقل أو الفصل عند الحاجة.


            • التأكد من تنفيذ جميع الأعمال وفقًا لمتطلبات وإرشادات نظام إدارة الصيانة للشركة.
