Internship Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing, implementing, and managing the industrial regulatory compliance process in coordination with the IMS Engineer and operations team.

  • Review Air Liquide’s group procedures (GP01) and local laws, staying updated with changes.

  • Create, update, and maintain a master document list to ensure compliance with Group and local regulations.

  • Collate and organize compliance documentation in coordination with process owners; evaluate entity compliance status.

  • Maintain, validate, and track action plans for non-compliance.

  • Communicate with process owners regarding compliance needs, requirements, and updates.

  • Apply Six-Sigma methodology (PDCA) to implement GP01 successfully.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field (Electrical, Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial).

  • Prior internship experience in HSE or industrial management.

  • Fluent in English and Arabic; French is a plus.

  • Knowledge of HSE and Industrial Management.

  • Proficient in using Google Workspace.

  • Strong attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills.

  • Proactive with a self-starter mindset.

  • التواصل مع أصحاب العمليات بشأن الاحتياجات والمتطلبات والتحديثات الخاصة بالامتثال.

  • تطبيق منهجية Six-Sigma (PDCA) لتنفيذ GP01 بنجاح.

المتطلبات

  • شهادة بكالوريوس في مجال الهندسة ذات الصلة (الهندسة الكهربائية أو الكيميائية أو الميكانيكية أو الصناعية).

  • خبرة تدريبية سابقة في الصحة والسلامة المهنية أو الإدارة الصناعية.

  • الطلاقة في اللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية؛ الفرنسية ميزة إضافية.

  • معرفة بالسلامة المهنية وإدارة الصناعة.
