Barista

Join Al Hajiry Group and serve excellence one cup at a time! Be the face of our café experience in Muscat, creating memorable moments for every customer through quality beverages and exceptional service.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages to customers.

  • Take customer orders, offer recommendations, and ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Prepare and serve food items as needed.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic workstation.

  • Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.

  • Engage with customers to create a welcoming and positive environment.

Requirements:

  • Skilled in coffee preparation and food handling.

  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

  • Strong communication abilities.

  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Prior experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus.

  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
