Job Details (English)

Your Mission

Conduct independent and objective assessments of the organization’s operations, internal controls, financial systems, and compliance practices to enhance efficiency, mitigate risks, and ensure integrity.

Key Responsibilities

Audit Execution & Risk Assessment
• Perform internal audits and identify key risk areas across departments.

Financial & Operational Review
• Analyze financial records and assess operational efficiency for accuracy and effectiveness.

Compliance & Regulatory Oversight
• Ensure adherence to internal policies, laws, and industry regulations.

Reporting & Follow-Up
• Prepare audit reports and monitor implementation of corrective actions.

Process Improvement & Advisory
• Recommend enhancements to internal controls and advise on best practices.

Risk Management
• Develop and maintain enterprise risk assessment framework (ISO 31000).
• Design risk mitigation strategies and monitor Key Risk Indicators (KRIs).

Technology & Security
• Review IT general and application controls for system integrity.
• Conduct information security audits including vulnerability assessments and penetration testing.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting & Finance (or equivalent).
• Professional qualifications: ACA, CIA, FCA, or equivalent.
• 7–9 years of experience in Internal Audit or Risk Management.
• Strong analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with auditing tools and ERP systems.
• Expertise in fraud risk assessment and anti-fraud measures.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements, corporate governance, and whistleblower protections.
• High integrity, discretion, and attention to detail.

• تحليل السجلات المالية وتقييم كفاءة العمليات للتأكد من الدقة والفاعلية.

الامتثال والرقابة التنظيمية
• ضمان الالتزام بالسياسات الداخلية والقوانين والمعايير الصناعية.

إعداد التقارير والمتابعة
• إعداد تقارير التدقيق ومتابعة تنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية.

تحسين العمليات وتقديم الاستشارات
• تقديم توصيات لتحسين الضوابط الداخلية والنصائح حول أفضل الممارسات.

إدارة المخاطر
• تطوير وصيانة إطار تقييم المخاطر المؤسسية وفق ISO 31000.
• تصميم استراتيجيات التخفيف من المخاطر ومتابعة مؤشرات المخاطر الرئيسية.

التقنية والأمن
• مراجعة ضوابط نظم المعلومات العامة والتطبيقية لضمان سلامة النظام.
• إجراء تدقيقات أمن المعلومات بما في ذلك تقييم الثغرات واختبارات الاختراق.

المؤهلات والخبرة

• درجة البكالوريوس في المحاسبة والمالية أو ما يعادلها.
• مؤهلات مهنية: ACA، CIA، FCA أو ما يعادلها.
• خبرة 7–9 سنوات في التدقيق الداخلي أو إدارة المخاطر.
• مهارات تحليلية وتحقيقية وحل المشكلات قوية.
• إجادة استخدام أدوات التدقيق وأنظمة ERP.
• خبرة في تقييم مخاطر الاحتيال وتطبيق تدابير مكافحة الاحتيال.
• معرفة بالمتطلبات التنظيمية، حوكمة الشركات، وحماية المبلغين عن المخالفات.
• النزاهة العالية والسرية والانتباه للتفاصيل.
