Job Description

We are seeking a professional and courteous massage therapist to provide guests with a wide range of massage and slimming services, both manual and machine-based. The role includes consulting with guests, identifying their needs, and recommending the most appropriate treatments to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Guest Consultation & Service Delivery

  • Consult with guests to screen for underlying conditions and recommend suitable services.

  • Perform various massage and slimming treatments using both manual and machine techniques.

  • Assist guests in selecting the most appropriate services based on their needs.

  • Attend to customers’ feedback and conduct follow-up consultations after treatments.

Operational & Administrative Support

  • Assist in managing appointment schedules for the outlet.

  • Help maintain customer and membership databases.

  • Ensure the cleanliness and hygiene standards of the work area at all times.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a slimming therapist.

  • Comprehensive knowledge of treatments, procedures, and related technology.

  • Hands-on experience performing slimming and maintenance treatments.

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.

  • Well-groomed, proactive, and self-motivated.

  • Minimum Primary/Secondary/N or O Level certificate, or at least 3 years of experience as a beautician/facial & body therapist in a reputable spa or aesthetic clinic.

  • Well-presented and pleasant personality.

  • Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays.

المتطلبات

  • خبرة مثبتة لا تقل عن سنتين كمعالج/معالجة تنحيف.

  • معرفة شاملة بالعلاجات والإجراءات والتقنيات المستخدمة.

  • خبرة عملية في تنفيذ جلسات التنحيف وصيانة النتائج.

  • مهارات تواصل وخدمة عملاء ممتازة.

  • مظهر مهني، شخصية لبقة، وتحفيز ذاتي.

  • شهادة دراسة ابتدائية/ثانوية على الأقل، أو خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات كخبيرة تجميل/معالجة للوجه والجسم في سبا أو عيادة تجميل معروفة.

  • مظهر أنيق وشخصية ودودة.
