Job Title: Geoscientist – Baker Hughes

Baker Hughes, a leader in well construction and production, is seeking a motivated Geoscientist to join our innovative team. You will work with cutting-edge physical and digital solutions to improve efficiency, optimize production, and maximize reservoir value.
Key Responsibilities:

Work independently within a team to develop and support technology products.

Apply concepts to moderately complex issues and resolve problems through immediate action or short-term planning.

Utilize tools, materials, and processes to develop and support technological solutions.

Study geological, geophysical, and geochemical features of the earth.

Examine natural processes shaping the earth, ecosystems, and resources such as water and hydrocarbons.

Coordinate expertise across engineering and science disciplines to ensure rigorous design and development.

Ensure necessary personnel skills and expertise are available for the discipline.
Qualifications & Skills:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Geoscience or Petroleum Engineering.

0–3 years of experience in Geoscience or Geology.
-
Strong oral and written communication skills.
-
Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
-
Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

العمل بشكل مستقل ضمن فريق لتطوير ودعم منتجات التكنولوجيا.

تطبيق المفاهيم على القضايا ذات التعقيد المتوسط وحل المشكلات من خلال اتخاذ إجراءات فورية أو تخطيط قصير المدى.

استخدام الأدوات والمواد والعمليات لتطوير ودعم الحلول التقنية.

دراسة الخصائص الجيولوجية والجيوفيزيائية والكيميائية للأرض.
-
دراسة العمليات الطبيعية التي تشكل الأرض والنظم البيئية والموارد مثل المياه والهيدروكربونات.

تنسيق الخبرات بين التخصصات الهندسية والعلمية لضمان دقة التصميم والتطوير.
-
ضمان توفر المهارات والخبرات اللازمة للكوادر الفنية.
المؤهلات والمهارات:
-
درجة البكالوريوس في علوم الأرض أو هندسة البترول.
-
خبرة من 0 إلى 3 سنوات في علوم الأرض أو الجيولوجيا.
-
مهارات اتصال قوية كتابية وشفهية.
-
مهارات حل المشكلات والعمل الجماعي ممتازة.
-
القدرة على تنسيق عدة مشاريع في وقت واحد.
