What You’ll Do

  • Receive coaching and mentoring to complete projects that develop your technical and professional skills.

  • Work on internal projects that deliver real business improvements and customer outcomes.

  • Learn internal tools and software to support project completion.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and network with global business leaders.

  • Apply Health, Safety, and Environment (HS&E) standards in all activities to ensure safe and compliant operations.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Mechanical, Electrical, or Petroleum Engineering.

  • Minimum GPA of 3.0 out of 4.0 (or equivalent).

  • Fluent in English and Arabic, with strong communication skills.

  • Legally entitled to work in Oman without sponsorship.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تلقي التدريب والإرشاد اللازم لإتمام المشاريع وتنمية المهارات التقنية والشخصية.

  • المشاركة في مشاريع داخلية لتحسين الأداء وتحقيق نتائج ملموسة للعملاء.

  • تعلم استخدام البرامج والأنظمة الداخلية لدعم تنفيذ المهام.

  • التعاون مع فرق متعددة الوظائف والتواصل مع قادة الأعمال العالميين.

  • الالتزام بتطبيق معايير الصحة والسلامة والبيئة (HS&E) في جميع الأنشطة.

المؤهلات المطلوبة

  • التسجيل في درجة البكالوريوس في أحد التخصصات التالية: الهندسة الميكانيكية، الهندسة الكهربائية، أو هندسة البترول.

  • معدل تراكمي لا يقل عن 3 من 4 (أو ما يعادله).

  • إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية والعربية تحدثًا وكتابة، مع مهارات تواصل ممتازة.

  • يحق له العمل في سلطنة عُمان دون الحاجة إلى كفالة.
