Bin Al Sheikh Real Estate (Muscat Branch) is expanding and seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Consultant to join the team. This is a full-time role offering a competitive salary with attractive commissions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive property sales by building and maintaining strong client relationships.

  • Provide expert advice on real estate opportunities in Qatar.

  • Negotiate deals and ensure smooth closing of transactions.

  • Stay updated on market trends, legal requirements, and competitor activities.

  • Work with corporate clients and international investors to drive property sales, ROI-focused deals, and Qatar investment opportunities.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years of proven real estate sales experience (Oman, Qatar, or international experience preferred).

  • Strong knowledge of Oman and Qatar property markets, laws, and regulations.

  • Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.

  • Target-driven, professional, and client-focused.

  • Immediate availability.

المتطلبات

  • خبرة مثبتة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مبيعات العقارات (يفضّل الخبرة في عُمان وقطر أو خبرة دولية).

  • معرفة قوية بأسواق العقارات والقوانين والتشريعات في عُمان وقطر.

  • مهارات تواصل ممتازة باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية.

  • شخصية مهنية، موجهة نحو الأهداف وتركز على رضا العميل.

  • التوفر الفوري للعمل.
