Job Description


      Inventory Optimization & Control

      • Devise strategies to optimize inventory control procedures

      • Ensure product stock is adequate across all distribution channels to meet direct customer demand.

      Inventory Recording & Monitoring

      • Record daily deliveries and shipments for inventory reconciliation.

      • Document daily warehouse transfers to kitchen.

      • Maintn FEFO (First Expiry First Out) for inventory movements.

      Demand & Stock Management

      • Use Microsoft Office tools to monitor demand and track inventory characteristics.

      • Alert buyers to prevent stock shortages or excessive surplus.

      • Collaborate with warehouse staff and other team members to achieve business goals.

      Reporting & Problem Solving

      • Report stock levels, issues, and updates to upper management.

      • Proactively resolve issues and take control of challenging situations.

      Compliance & Workplace Conduct

      • Comply with sanitation regulations and safety standards

      • Maintain a positive, professional approach with coworkers.

      • ابتكار طرق لتحسين إجراءات مراقبة المخزون.

      • التأكد من توافر المنتجات في جميع قنوات التوزيع لتلبية الطلب المباشر من العملاء.

      تسجيل ومتابعة المخزون

      • تسجيل التسليمات والشحنات اليومية لمطابقة المخزون.

      • توثيق التحويلات اليومية من المخزن إلى المطبخ.

      • الالتزام بنظام FEFO (الأولوية للأقرب انتهاءً) في تحركات المخزون.

      إدارة الطلب والمخزون

      • استخدام أدوات Microsoft Office لمراقبة الطلب وتوثيق خصائص المخزون.

      • تنبيه قسم المشتريات لتجنب نقص أو فائض المخزون.

      • التعاون مع موظفي المخازن وبقية الفريق لتحقيق أهداف العمل.

      التقارير وحل المشكلات

      • تقديم تقارير عن مستويات المخزون والمشكلات للإدارة العليا.

      • التعامل بحكمة مع أي مشكلات والقدرة على السيطرة على المواقف الصعبة.

      الامتثال وسلوك مكان العمل

      • الالتزام بلوائح الصحة والسلامة ومعايير النظافة.

      • الحفاظ على سلوك إيجابي واحترافي مع الزملاء.
