Role Overview

    • The Foundation is seeking a motivated individual with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, effective communication abilities, and excellent written and oral skills to join as a Senior Project Officer.

      The role supports the Projects Department Team in coordinating, implementing, and monitoring projects within the Foundation’s focus areas: Health, Education, and Economic Empowerment.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Management

      • Support the generation of project ideas and initial concepts

      • Assist in preparing project plans, timelines, and budgets

      • Coordinate activities with the Head of Projects and follow up to ensure timely delivery

      • Engage with partners and beneficiaries for effective project implementation

      • Contribute to needs assessments and feasibility studies for new initiatives

      • Maintain accurate and organized project documentation

      • دعم توليد أفكار المشاريع وتطوير المفاهيم الأولية


      • المساعدة في إعداد خطط المشاريع، الجداول الزمنية، والميزانيات


      • تنسيق الأنشطة مع رئيس الفريق والمتابعة لضمان التسليم في الوقت المحدد


      • التواصل مع الشركاء والمستفيدين لضمان تنفيذ فعال للمشاريع


      • المساهمة في تقييم الاحتياجات ودراسات الجدوى للمبادرات الجديدة


      • الحفاظ على توثيق دقيق ومنظم للمشاريع
