Field Service Engineer – Heavy Equipment – Oman

Key Responsibilities

Equipment Maintenance & Support

  • Work with forklifts, excavators, aerial work platforms, and other heavy earth-moving equipment.

  • Perform installation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of machinery.

  • Provide technical support to customers and internal teams.

Field Service Operations

  • Conduct routine inspections and ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently.

  • Document service activities and maintain accurate records.

  • Communicate effectively with team members and clients to resolve technical issues.

Safety & Compliance

  • Adhere to all safety standards and company policies while on-site.

  • Maintain a focus on quality and operational excellence in all tasks.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related field.

  • Proven experience in a technical role, preferably with heavy equipment.

  • Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and technical expertise.

  • Ability to work efficiently in a team environment.

  • Willingness to travel for on-site support.

  • Valid driver’s license.
