Job Description


Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for handling leasing business of products such as Excavator and AWP.

  • Establish and maintain customer relationships, improve customer relationship files, expand business channels, and achieve annual business targets.

  • Follow up on the recovery of funds for leasing business and project engineering business and reduce bad receivables.

  • Achieve regional business goals by finding and developing prospective clients in the allocated region and strengthening the business.

  • Lead a marketing team responsible for lead generation and conversion & achieving the monthly team target.

  • Ensure strong regional and market execution to accomplish sales and profit targets while monitoring business results.

  • Devise marketing strategies to achieve the regional sales target.

  • Ideate marketing techniques to gain new clients and maintain relationships by proactively assessing their needs and promoting the company portfolio.

  • Participate in commercial negotiations for key projects to ensure regional business objectives are met.

  • Effectively manage a team while guiding and leading them to achieve departmental goals.

  • ابتكار تقنيات تسويقية لجذب العملاء الجدد والحفاظ على العلاقات من خلال تقييم احتياجاتهم بشكل استباقي والترويج لمحفظة الشركة.


  • المشاركة في المفاوضات التجارية للمشاريع الرئيسية لضمان تحقيق أهداف الأعمال الإقليمية.
