DarGlobal | Oman | Senior MEP Engineer – Residential Projects

Lead MEP Excellence in Residential Projects!

DarGlobal is seeking a Senior MEP Engineer to oversee the planning, coordination, and delivery of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works for residential buildings and villas. This role is key to ensuring projects are executed efficiently, on time, and within budget, meeting the highest standards of quality and compliance.

Job Purpose

Ensure the efficient planning, coordination, execution, and delivery of all MEP aspects of assigned residential buildings and villa projects, aligned with DarGlobal’s development goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, plan, and implement MEP project scopes, timelines, budgets, and technical specifications.

  • Lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder relationships.

  • Supervise MEP works on-site, ensuring adherence to project specifications and best practices.

  • Review contractor submissions, shop drawings, method statements, and material approvals.

  • Conduct risk assessments and develop contingency plans.

  • Communicate project status, progress, and challenges to stakeholders and senior management.

  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to meet project timelines and budgets.

  • Monitor project financials and recommend adjustments as needed.

  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to stakeholder satisfaction.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and regulations.

  • Mentor and train team members to enhance project management skills.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in MEP project management, focused on residential building projects.

  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and team management skills.

المسؤوليات الأساسية

  • تطوير وتنفيذ نطاقات وأطر زمنية وميزانيات ومواصفات فنية لأعمال MEP.

  • قيادة الفرق متعددة الوظائف وإدارة العلاقات مع أصحاب المصلحة.

  • الإشراف على أعمال MEP في الموقع وضمان الالتزام بالمواصفات وأفضل الممارسات.

  • مراجعة عروض المقاولين، الرسومات التنفيذية، وطرق العمل، واعتماد المواد.

  • إجراء تقييمات المخاطر ووضع خطط بديلة للتعامل مع التحديات المحتملة.

  • التواصل المستمر حول تقدم المشروع والتحديات مع الإدارة العليا وأصحاب المصلحة.

  • التعاون مع المعماريين والمهندسين والمقاولين لضمان الالتزام بالجدول الزمني والميزانية.

  • متابعة الشؤون المالية للمشاريع وتقديم توصيات لتعديل الموارد أو الجدول الزمني عند الحاجة.

  • ضمان تسليم المشاريع في الوقت المحدد، ضمن الميزانية، وبما يرضي أصحاب المصلحة.

  • متابعة أحدث الاتجاهات واللوائح في الصناعة لضمان الالتزام.

  • توجيه وتدريب أعضاء الفريق لتعزيز مهارات إدارة المشاريع.

المؤهلات والخبرة

  • درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية.

  • خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في إدارة مشاريع MEP، مع التركيز على مشاريع المباني السكنية.

  • مهارات قيادية وشخصية قوية وقدرة على إدارة الفرق.
