Internship Overview: Audit & Assurance | Tadarab Intern

During your tenure as a Tadarab Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in Audit & Assurance and demonstrate your capabilities while supporting high-impact engagements.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare audit strategies, business plans, budgets, pricing, audit schedules, and staff allocation.
• Manage small components of audit engagements and support strong client relationships.
• Identify and communicate opportunities for additional services to enhance client value.
• Assist in planning and managing engagements to ensure deliverables meet expectations and deadlines.
• Support and motivate audit staff through guidance, coaching, and career development.

Qualifications

• 0–1 year of experience in public accounting, auditing, or audit management.
• Strong knowledge of best-practice reporting and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
• Experience in financial services or the energy sector is an advantage.
• International accounting qualification required: CA, ACCA, or CPA.
• Fluency in English (reading, speaking, and writing). Preference for bilingual candidates (Arabic/English).

• تحديد فرص تقديم خدمات إضافية لتعزيز رضا العملاء.
• المساعدة في تخطيط وإدارة المهام وضمان الالتزام بالمواعيد والمخرجات المطلوبة.

المؤهلات المطلوبة

• خبرة من 0–1 سنة في المحاسبة أو التدقيق أو إدارة التدقيق.
• معرفة قوية بأساليب التقارير وأفضل الممارسات والمعايير الدولية للتقارير المالية IFRS.
• يُفضل وجود خبرة في القطاع المالي أو قطاع الطاقة.
• يشترط وجود مؤهل مهني دولي: CA أو ACCA أو CPA.
• إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية تحدثًا وقراءةً وكتابةً، ويفضّل المرشحون ثنائيو اللغة (العربية والإنجليزية).
