Role Overview – Senior, Audit & Assurance:
As a Senior, you will develop and demonstrate capabilities in audit planning, execution, and reporting, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and high-quality standards. Key responsibilities include:

  • Build trust with stakeholders by understanding their expectations and needs.

  • Deliver high-quality services while understanding the impact of regulation and risk management on business processes and controls.

  • Analyze key statistics and industry matters prior to engagement.

  • Adapt audit templates and instructions, aligning audit scope with objectives.

  • Liaise effectively with onshore and offshore teams and Centers of Excellence.

  • Track deliverables from component auditors and ensure completeness.

  • Link risks, controls, procedures, and findings across audit documentation accurately.

  • Articulate audit quality milestones and ensure audit completeness.

  • Develop relationships beyond finance functions to enhance understanding of business and apply professional skepticism.

  • Maintain awareness of regulatory risks, engagement lifecycle risks, and practice protection policies.
