Role Overview

The Site Engineer will supervise and coordinate all on-site activities for the fabrication and installation of aluminum windows, doors, and shading/pergola systems. You will ensure projects meet quality standards, are delivered on time, and follow safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site operations for fabrication and installation.
• Coordinate with the fabrication workshop to ensure production aligns with approved drawings.
• Review, interpret, and verify technical drawings, shop drawings, and specifications.
• Ensure installations comply with engineering methodologies, company standards, and project requirements.
• Conduct site measurements, inspections, and quality checks.
• Lead and guide installation teams, ensuring safety and productivity.
• Communicate with project managers, clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve technical issues on-site promptly.
• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and maintain project documentation.
• Monitor materials, tools, and equipment usage on-site.
• Track project timelines and support meeting delivery deadlines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in aluminum windows, doors, curtain walls, or shading/pergola installation.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and technical drawings.
• Strong leadership and team supervision skills.
• Excellent understanding of fabrication and installation methodologies.
• Good communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
• Valid driving license.

• التنسيق مع ورشة التصنيع لضمان مطابقة الإنتاج للرسومات المعتمدة.
• مراجعة وفهم والتحقق من الرسومات الفنية وورش العمل والمواصفات.
• التأكد من الالتزام بمنهجيات الهندسة ومعايير الشركة ومتطلبات المشروع.
• إجراء القياسات والفحوصات والتفتيش على الجودة في جميع مراحل التركيب.
• قيادة وتوجيه فرق التركيب وضمان السلامة والإنتاجية.
• التواصل مع مديري المشاريع والعملاء والاستشاريين وأصحاب المصلحة.
• حل المشكلات التقنية على الموقع بسرعة وفعالية.
• إعداد تقارير التقدم اليومية/الأسبوعية والحفاظ على مستندات المشروع.
• متابعة استخدام المواد والأدوات والمعدات في الموقع.
• متابعة جداول المشاريع ودعم الالتزام بالمواعيد النهائية للتسليم.

المؤهلات المطلوبة

• درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية أو العمارة أو المجالات ذات الصلة.
• خبرة من 3 إلى 5 سنوات في تركيب النوافذ والأبواب والألمنيوم أو أنظمة التظليل/البرجولا.
• مهارة عالية في AutoCAD وقراءة الرسومات الفنية.
• مهارات قوية في القيادة والإشراف على الفرق.
• فهم ممتاز لعمليات التصنيع والتركيب.
• مهارات جيدة في التواصل وحل المشكلات وإدارة الوقت.
• رخصة قيادة سارية.
