Enerflex is seeking a motivated Electrical & Instrumentation Technician to support day-to-day facility operations. This is a hands-on role ideal for those passionate about industrial systems, safety, and operational excellence.

🧰 Key Responsibilities

  • Perform safe and efficient operation and maintenance of electrical and instrumentation equipment.

  • Assist in preventive and corrective maintenance, inspections, calibrations, troubleshooting, and repairs of electrical systems, instruments, PLCs, analyzers, and GCs.

  • Monitor equipment performance and report abnormalities.

  • Participate in root cause analysis of routine problems and failures.

  • Maintain clean and safe work areas while complying with HR, HSE, and company policies.

  • Assist with work orders, spares, and stock management through CMMS/SAP.

  • Read and interpret electrical, electronic, instrumentation, and process drawings including blueprints, schematics, loop drawings, and P&IDs.

🎓 Qualifications

  • Technical degree in Electrical and Instrumentation or equivalent.

  • 0–3 years of experience in a similar role within the Oil & Gas sector.

  • Knowledge of generators, engines, flowmeters, breakers, switchgear, control valves, PLCs, chromatographs, regulators, and engine ignition/control systems.

  • Basic troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

  • Computer proficiency (Microsoft Suite).

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills; English required, Arabic is a plus.

  • Motivated team player with a willingness to learn and work in a multicultural environment.

  • تنفيذ عمليات التشغيل والصيانة للأجهزة الكهربائية والأجهزة الآلية بطريقة آمنة وفعّالة.

  • المساعدة في الصيانة الوقائية والتصحيحية، والفحص، والمعايرة، واستكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها للأجهزة الكهربائية، وأنظمة PLC، والمحللات، وأجهزة GC.

  • مراقبة أداء المعدات والإبلاغ عن أي مشاكل أو انحرافات.

  • المشاركة في تحليل الأسباب الجذرية للمشكلات الروتينية والأعطال.

  • الحفاظ على نظافة وسلامة بيئة العمل والالتزام بسياسات الشركة وإجراءات الصحة والسلامة.

  • المساعدة في إدارة أوامر العمل وقطع الغيار والمخزون عبر أنظمة CMMS/SAP.

  • قراءة وفهم المخططات الكهربائية والآلية والأجهزة وبيانات العمليات، بما في ذلك الرسومات التخطيطية والمخططات الدائرية وP&ID.

🎓 المؤهلات المطلوبة

  • شهادة فنية في الكهرباء والأجهزة أو ما يعادلها.

  • خبرة من 0 إلى 3 سنوات في وظيفة مشابهة في قطاع النفط والغاز.

  • معرفة بالمولدات والمحركات وعدادات التدفق والقواطع ومعدات التحويل والصمامات وPLC والمحللات ومنظمات أنظمة التشغيل والتحكم بالمحركات.

  • مهارات أساسية في استكشاف المشكلات وحلها والتحليل.

  • إجادة استخدام الحاسوب (حزمة Microsoft).

  • مهارات تواصل جيدة باللغة الإنجليزية؛ العربية ميزة إضافية.
