    المسؤولية عن مراقبة وتنفيذ الوظائف اليومية للأجهزة الكهربائية وأجهزة القياس والتحكم في المنشأة. تنفيذ المهام بأمان وكفاءة وفق إجراءات الشركة لتحقيق أهداف الإنتاج مع الحفاظ على تواصل فعال مع جميع أصحاب المصلحة.

المهام والمسؤوليات الرئيسية




    • المساعدة في تنفيذ عمليات التشغيل والصيانة بأمان وفعالية لجميع المعدات الكهربائية وأجهزة القياس والتحكم في المنشأة.


    • التأكد من تشغيل المصنع وفق توصيات الشركة المصنعة، وتنسيق أنشطة الصيانة مع المشرف.


    • المساعدة في الصيانة الوقائية والتصحيحية لجميع المعدات، بما في ذلك الفحص، الاختبار، المعايرة، استكشاف الأعطال، وإصلاح الأنظمة الكهربائية، الأجهزة، PLC، المحللات، وGCs، مع دعم تحليل الأعطال وتقديم تقارير وإعداد الوثائق المطلوبة.


    • مراقبة أداء جميع الأجهزة الكهربائية وأجهزة القياس من خلال السجلات اليومية وإبلاغ الإدارة بأي خلل.


    • التعاون مع المدير لتحديد القطع والأدوات المطلوبة وإدارة المخزون باستخدام أنظمة CMMS/SAP.


    • إنشاء أوامر العمل في SAP حسب التوجيه ونقل المعلومات المطلوبة إلى المخططين لتحديثها في CMMS/SAP.


    • قراءة وتفسير المخططات الكهربائية، الإلكترونية، وأجهزة القياس والتحكم والبيانات التشغيلية، بما في ذلك المخططات التفصيلية، ومخططات الحلقة (Loop Drawings)، ومخططات P&ID.


    • المشاركة في تحليل السبب الجذري للمشاكل والأعطال الروتينية مع المشرف/المدير.

Job Description

    Responsible for monitoring and performing the facility’s day-to-day electrical and instrumentation functions. Execute tasks safely and efficiently according to company procedures to achieve production targets while maintaining effective communication with all stakeholders.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities

    • Assist in performing safe and productive operation and maintenance activities on all electrical and instrumentation equipment in the facility.

    • Ensure the plant operates as per OEM recommendations and coordinate maintenance activities with the supervisor.

    • Assist in preventive and corrective maintenance of all equipment, including inspections, testing, calibrations, troubleshooting, and repairs of electrical systems, instruments, PLCs, analyzers, and GCs, while supporting failure analysis, providing management feedback, and preparing required reports and documentation.

    • Monitor the performance of all electrical and instrumentation equipment through daily logs and report abnormalities to site management.

    • Work with the manager to identify required spares and tools, and manage stocks through CMMS/SAP.

    • Create work orders in SAP as directed and relay required information to planners to update in CMMS/SAP.

    • Read and interpret various drawings for electrical, electronic, instrumentation, and process data including blueprints, schematics, loop drawings, and P&ID’s.

    • Participate in root cause analysis of routine problems and failures with supervisor/manager.
