Job Details
Position: Warehouse Operations Specialist
Location: Oman
This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for overseeing warehouse operations, material handling, and ensuring that all transactions are accurately recorded and managed according to company standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Safely load and unload materials from trucks and warehouses, ensuring material integrity

  • Correctly place and store materials according to standards to prevent damage or loss

  • Record all procurement-related transactions, including Material Receipts, Material Demand Slips, and Inventory Adjustments

  • Monitor inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstock

  • Safely operate forklifts, telehandlers, and other material handling equipment

  • Expedite delivery of materials to support field operations

  • Collaborate with Logistics to manage trucking operations safely and efficiently

  • Maintain high standards of warehouse housekeeping

  • Conduct daily warehouse transactions in SAP and generate weekly material reports

  • Ensure compliance with all Enerflex HR, Quality, and HSE policies

  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisor/manager

Qualifications

  • Minimum secondary school education; diploma holders with 2–3 years’ experience preferred

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in energy sector operations, heavy construction, or civil engineering (desirable)

  • Proficiency in MS Office; SAP experience is a plus

  • Knowledge of materials, production, gas plants, fire safety, and maintenance

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

  • Ability to operate material handling equipment (hand-truck, pallet-jack, forklift, telehandler)

  • Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus

المسمى الوظيفي: أخصائي عمليات المخازن
الموقع: سلطنة عُمان
الوظيفة دوام كامل في الموقع، وتتمثل مسؤوليتها في إدارة عمليات المخازن، التعامل مع المواد، وضمان تسجيل جميع المعاملات بدقة وفق معايير الشركة.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية

  • تحميل وتفريغ المواد بأمان من الشاحنات والمخازن مع ضمان سلامة المواد

  • وضع المواد وتخزينها بشكل صحيح وفق المعايير لتجنب التلف أو الفقد

  • تسجيل جميع المعاملات المتعلقة بالمشتريات بما في ذلك إيصالات المواد، وأوامر طلب المواد، وتعديلات المخزون

  • متابعة مستويات المخزون لتجنب النقص أو التخزين الزائد

  • تشغيل المعدات الخاصة بالتعامل مع المواد بأمان مثل الرافعات الشوكية والرافعات التلسكوبية

  • تسريع توصيل المواد لدعم العمليات الميدانية عند الحاجة

  • التعاون مع قسم اللوجستيات لإدارة عمليات النقل بأمان وكفاءة

  • الحفاظ على مستوى عالٍ من نظافة المخزن

  • إجراء المعاملات اليومية في نظام SAP وإعداد تقارير أسبوعية للمواد

  • الالتزام بسياسات الشركة المتعلقة بالموارد البشرية والجودة والسلامة والصحة المهنية

  • أداء المهام الأخرى الموكلة من قبل المشرف أو المدير

المؤهلات المطلوبة

  • الحد الأدنى شهادة الثانوية العامة؛ يُفضل حاملو الدبلوم مع خبرة 2–3 سنوات

  • خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في قطاع الطاقة أو الإنشاءات الثقيلة أو الهندسة المدنية (مرغوب)

  • إجادة استخدام MS Office؛ يُفضل خبرة في SAP

  • معرفة بالمواد، الإنتاج، محطات الغاز، السلامة من الحرائق والصيانة

  • مهارات تواصل وتنظيم وعلاقات شخصية ممتازة

  • القدرة على تشغيل معدات مناولة المواد (عربة يدوية، عربة تحميل، رافعة شوكية، رافعة تلسكوبية)

  • إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية؛ يُفضل إجادة اللغة العربية
