      Job Purpose

      The company is seeking an experienced QHSE Director to lead and strengthen the company’s Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment culture across all operations.

      The QHSE Director will develop, implement, and maintain the company QHSE Management System, ensuring compliance with regulatory, contractual, and internal standards. The role also oversees the Field HSE Lead to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient yard operations.

      Responsibilities & Accountabilities

      • Develop, implement, and maintain integrated QHSE Management Systems aligned with Block-6 PDO field operations and international standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001).

      • Develop core QHSE policies, procedural manuals, task risk assessments, and related documentation (work permits, safety audits, toolbox meeting guidelines, etc.).

      • Keep updated with local, national, and international HSE regulations, ensuring timely updates of QHSE systems.

      • Develop and manage internal and external QHSE audit programs, including third-party certification audits, and ensure effective resolution of non-conformities.

      • Translate QHSE documentation into practical field training programs. Oversee HSE inductions for company staff, contractors, and buyers.

      • Design and manage QHSE KPI and metrics reporting dashboards. Analyze data on leading and lagging indicators (incident rates, near-misses, training compliance, audit findings) and report to the General Manager.

      • Act as a strategic ambassador for the company’s safety culture in partnership with PDO HSE personnel and the Operations Manager, embedding HSE accountability into daily yard activities.

      تبحث الشركة عن مدير QHSE ذو خبرة لقيادة وتعزيز ثقافة الجودة والصحة والسلامة والبيئة في جميع عمليات الشركة.

      سيتولى المدير تطوير وتنفيذ وصيانة نظام إدارة الجودة والسلامة والبيئة، وضمان الامتثال للوائح والمعايير التنظيمية والعقدية والشركة. كما يشرف على قائد HSE في الميدان لضمان عمليات آمنة ومتوافقة وفعّالة في جميع الساحات التابعة للشركة.

      المسؤوليات والمهام



      • تطوير وتنفيذ وصيانة أنظمة إدارة QHSE متكاملة تتماشى مع عمليات حقل Block-6 ومتطلبات PDO والمعايير الدولية (ISO 9001، ISO 14001، ISO 45001).


      • إعداد سياسات QHSE الأساسية، الأدلة الإجرائية، تقييمات المخاطر، والمستندات المرتبطة (تصاريح العمل، تدقيقات السلامة، إرشادات اجتماعات الأدوات، إلخ).


      • متابعة جميع اللوائح المحلية والوطنية والدولية للسلامة والصحة المهنية، وتحديث أنظمة QHSE بشكل دوري.


      • تطوير وإدارة برامج التدقيق الداخلية والخارجية، بما في ذلك التدقيق من طرف ثالث، وضمان حل جميع حالات عدم المطابقة بفعالية.


      • تحويل وثائق QHSE إلى برامج تدريبية عملية في الميدان والإشراف على برامج تعريف الموظفين والمقاولين والمشترين بالمخاطر وإجراءات السلامة في الموقع.


      • تصميم وإدارة لوحة متابعة مؤشرات الأداء (KPIs) الخاصة بـ QHSE، وجمع وتحليل البيانات المتعلقة بالمؤشرات القيادية والتأخيرية (مثل معدلات الحوادث، الحوادث القريبة، التزام التدريب، نتائج التدقيق) وتقديمها للمدير العام.


      • العمل كسفير استراتيجي لثقافة السلامة في الشركة، بالتعاون مع موظفي PDO HSE ومدير العمليات، لترسيخ المسؤولية عن السلامة في الأنشطة اليومية للساحات.
