Job Purpose

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Inventory Manager responsible for ensuring the accuracy, transparency, and integrity of all asset and inventory data across multiple yard operations. The role ensures SAP inventory accuracy, supports valuation and repurposing processes, and provides reliable insights to enable effective sales and value recovery.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure complete accuracy, consistency, and traceability across all managed yards
• Maintain SAP inventory and Material Master records with precise real-time updates
• Conduct regular stock reconciliations and resolve system–physical discrepancies
• Oversee classification, codification, and valuation of materials
• Manage the full lifecycle of SAP Material Master data for scrap and surplus assets
• Serve as the authority for all SAP transactions (GR, GI, Transfers, Adjustments)
• Collaborate with Finance to ensure audit readiness and compliance
• Develop material valuation tools and guidelines for fair market assessment
• Own the Repair & Repurposing process from inspection to revaluation
• Plan and execute regular yard surveillance and asset condition verification

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Operations Management
• CIPS certification is an advantage
• Minimum 5 years in inventory or supply chain management in large industrial environments
• Minimum 3 years expert experience in SAP Inventory Management & Material Master
• Strong background in asset classification, repairs, or reuse processes is preferred
• Oil & Gas or heavy industry experience is a strong advantage
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines

الغرض من الوظيفة

نبحث عن مدير جرد يمتلك الدقة والالتزام لضمان صحة وشفافية بيانات الأصول والمخزون عبر عدة مواقع. سيضمن الدور دقة بيانات SAP، ودعم عمليات التقييم وإعادة الاستخدام، وتوفير بيانات موثوقة لدعم قرارات البيع واسترجاع القيمة.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية

• ضمان الدقة والاتساق وقابلية التتبع في جميع الساحات المدارة
• إدارة بيانات الجرد وسجلات الـ SAP بشكل فوري ودقيق
• إجراء عمليات المطابقة الدورية بين المخزون الفعلي والنظام ومعالجة الفروقات
• الإشراف على تصنيف وترميز وتقييم المواد
• إدارة دورة حياة بيانات SAP Material Master للأصول الفائضة والخردة
• الإشراف الكامل على جميع معاملات SAP (قبول، صرف، تحويلات، تسويات)
• التعاون مع المالية لضمان الجاهزية للتدقيق والامتثال
• تطوير أدوات وإرشادات تقييم المواد وفق منهجية عادلة
• قيادة عمليات الإصلاح وإعادة الاستخدام من الفحص حتى إعادة التقييم
• إعداد خطط الزيارات الدورية للساحات للتحقق من الأصول ومطابقة سجلات SAP

المؤهلات

• بكالوريوس في إدارة سلسلة الإمداد أو الخدمات اللوجستية أو إدارة العمليات
• يفضل وجود شهادة CIPS
• خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في إدارة الجرد أو سلسلة الإمداد في بيئة صناعية كبيرة
• خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في SAP Inventory & Material Master
• يُفضّل خبرة في تصنيف الأصول أو عمليات الإصلاح وإعادة الاستخدام
• خبرة في قطاع النفط والغاز أو الصناعات الثقيلة تعتبر ميزة كبيرة
• القدرة على إدارة الأولويات المتعددة تحت ضغط المواعيد
