    تبحث الشركة عن مدير عمليات الساحات يمتلك القدرة على قيادة الإدارة اليومية لعدة مرافق تتعامل مع مواد عالية القيمة. المرشح المثالي يجب أن يتمتع بمهارات قوية في الملكية التشغيلية والانضباط العملياتي والالتزام بالسلامة والنزاهة.

    المسؤوليات الأساسية



    • الإشراف على جميع جوانب عمليات الساحة: الاستلام، الفرز، التخزين، الإصلاح، إعادة الاستخدام، وتحضير المواد للبيع، من خلال عقود مع مزودي خدمات طرف ثالث.


    • تعظيم قيمة الأصول المستردة مع ضمان الامتثال الكامل لمعايير السلامة والصحة المهنية وحوكمة الشركة.


    • القيادة العملية لتعزيز التميز التشغيلي، وتطبيق ثقافة السلامة الصفرية، وتوجيه فريق منسقي المواد بالمواقع.


    • تحقيق تدفق مواد فعال، تقليل التكاليف، وتحقيق أداء قوي ضمن محفظة استثمار الشركة.

    Job Purpose

    The company is seeking a results-driven Yard Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day management of multiple yard facilities handling high-value materials. The ideal candidate will bring strong business ownership, operational discipline, and a commitment to safety and integrity.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Oversee all aspects of yard operations: receiving, segregation, storage, repair, repurposing, and sales preparation through third-party service contracts.

    • Maximize asset value recovery while ensuring full compliance with HSE standards and company governance.

    • Provide hands-on leadership to drive operational excellence, enforce a zero-incident safety culture, and mentor a team of Site Materials Coordinators.

    • Ensure efficient material flow, minimized costs, and strong performance across the company’s investment recovery portfolio.
