        Job Purpose

          We are seeking an experienced professional who is highly motivated, demonstrates a strong sense of ownership, and maintains the highest levels of professional integrity and ethical conduct while representing the company and managing high-value assets in the field.

          The Site Materials Coordinator (SMC) is a designated, highly accountable on-site representative. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, the SMC ensures that all activities—including receiving, segregation, storage, security, and sales loadouts—are executed in strict adherence to company policies, safety standards, and contractual Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

        Key Responsibilities

          • Oversee receiving, segregation, storage, and dispatch of materials on site.

          • Ensure all operations comply with company policies and safety regulations.

          • Manage high-value assets with accuracy and accountability.

          • Coordinate closely with the Operations Manager to maintain smooth site operations.

          • Monitor adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and contractual obligations.
