Site Materials Coordinator – OneSupply Oman

Job Purpose
The company is seeking a highly motivated professional with strong ownership, integrity, and ethical conduct to represent OneSupply Oman on-site and manage high-value assets.
The Site Materials Coordinator (SMC) is a key, accountable on-site representative reporting directly to the Operations Manager. The SMC ensures all receiving, segregation, storage, security, and sales loadout activities are executed according to company policies, safety rules, and contractual SLAs.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily yard operations in full compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards

  • Oversee receiving, segregation, storage, and loadout with accurate documentation

  • Maintain strong on-site safety presence and enforce zero-incident culture

  • Ensure continuous HSE visibility and adherence to all SOPs and protocols

  • Validate that all personnel receive required HSE inductions

  • Monitor Service Provider’s handling of materials, ensuring proper segregation, including HAZMAT

  • Maintain accurate records for reporting and audits

  • Support asset valuation and preparation with Inventory and Sales teams

  • Verify delivered inventory, ensuring safe off-loading and correct placement

  • Conduct inspections to ensure high-quality segregation and prevent material downgrades

  • Act as main contact for inspection, verification, and material availability inquiries

  • Supervise daily work plans and ensure service provider adherence

  • Conduct site visits and prepare monthly reports on yard occupancy, high-value assets, and yard conditions

  • Support redeployment efforts by verifying material availability

  • Supervise safe loading of sold items, including auction materials

  • Monitor weighbridge operations and ensure accurate loadout data to avoid revenue leakage

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management (CIPS is a plus)

  • Minimum 3 years of field experience in industrial operations, supply chain, asset recovery, or metals/recycling — preferably in Oil & Gas

  • Experience supervising contractors or field teams

  • Strong ability to manage priorities under tight deadlines

يعد منسق المواد الميداني (SMC) ممثلًا ميدانيًا مسؤولًا بشكل مباشر أمام مدير العمليات، ويتولى ضمان تنفيذ جميع الأنشطة المتعلقة بالاستلام، الفرز، التخزين، الأمن، وتحميل المواد المباعة وفق سياسات الشركة ومعايير السلامة والاتفاقيات التعاقدية (SLAs).

المسؤوليات

  • الإشراف على العمليات اليومية في الساحة بما يتوافق مع معايير السلامة والجودة والتشغيل

  • الإشراف على عمليات الاستلام، الفرز، التخزين، وتجهيز التحميل مع ضمان دقة التوثيق

  • تعزيز ثقافة "صفر حوادث" من خلال حضور ميداني مستمر

  • ضمان الالتزام الكامل بإجراءات وبروتوكولات الصحة والسلامة المهنية

  • التأكد من حصول جميع العاملين (المزود والمشترين) على تدريبات السلامة المطلوبة

  • متابعة تعامل مزود الخدمة مع المواد، بما في ذلك المواد الخطرة (HAZMAT)

  • الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة لحركة المواد والأنشطة الميدانية

  • دعم تقييم الأصول وتجهيز المواد للبيع بالتعاون مع فرق الجرد والمبيعات

  • التحقق من سلامة عمليات التفريغ ووضع المواد في مواقعها المحددة داخل الساحة

  • إجراء تفتيشات مستمرة لضمان جودة الفرز ومنع اختلاط المواد

المؤهلات المطلوبة

  • درجة البكالوريوس في سلسلة الإمداد، اللوجستيات، أو إدارة العمليات (شهادة CIPS ميزة إضافية)

  • خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في العمليات الصناعية، سلسلة الإمداد، استرجاع الأصول، أو قطاع المعادن/إعادة التدوير، ويفضل ضمن قطاع النفط والغاز
