This role involves leading and supervising mechanical maintenance activities for engines and auxiliaries at a power plant, ensuring operational reliability and adherence to HSE standards.

Key Responsibilities

Identify main components of the equipment and systems.

Supervise the mechanical maintenance team for all planned activities under the contract scope for Engines and Auxiliaries at the power plant.

Supervise all unplanned mechanical maintenance activities under the contract scope.

Support maintenance teams in troubleshooting abnormalities, tripping, and failures.

Lead, supervise, and support root-cause analysis activities for continuous improvement and preventing future failures.

Maintain complete maintenance records of all on-site activities.

Integrate HSE policies into all activities.

Verify the availability of sufficient resources (personnel and materials) and report any shortages.

Show willingness to improve knowledge and expertise (e.g., obtaining a permit to work).

قيادة ودعم أنشطة تحليل الأسباب الجذرية بهدف تحسين الأداء وتجنب الأعطال المستقبلية.
الحفاظ على سجلات الصيانة لجميع الأنشطة في الموقع.
تطبيق سياسات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة في جميع المهام.
التأكد من توفر الموارد الكافية (الأفراد والمواد) والإبلاغ عن أي نقص.
