Photographer – Floward | Oman
Bring creativity to life at Floward! We are looking for a skilled Photographer to produce high-quality photos and videos that enhance our brand presence across campaigns, social media, and product promotions. Join our creative team and help tell the Floward story visually.
Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute product and event photoshoots, ensuring alignment with Floward’s creative guidelines.

Capture, edit, and enhance photos and videos using professional equipment and software (Photoshop, Lightroom, Adobe Premiere).

Collaborate with creative, marketing, and product teams to develop innovative concepts for campaigns and seasonal projects.

Set up lighting, props, and scenes to achieve desired visual outcomes.

Manage multiple projects from concept to delivery, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.

Maintain and troubleshoot photography equipment; organize digital assets for easy future reference.

Stay updated on photography and videography trends, implementing new techniques to improve content quality.
Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Photography, Visual Arts, Marketing, or a related field.

3–5 years of professional photography and videography experience with proven post-production editing skills.

Proficiency in Photoshop, Lightroom, and Adobe Premiere.

Strong visual storytelling skills and ability to create content that supports marketing campaigns.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية

تخطيط وتنفيذ جلسات تصوير المنتجات والفعاليات، بما يتماشى مع إرشادات Floward الإبداعية.

التقاط الصور والفيديوهات وتحريرها باستخدام المعدات والبرامج الاحترافية (Photoshop, Lightroom, Adobe Premiere).

التعاون مع فرق الإبداع والتسويق والمنتجات لتطوير أفكار مبتكرة للحملات والمشاريع الموسمية.

إعداد الإضاءة والخلفيات والدعائم لتحقيق النتائج المرئية المطلوبة.

إدارة مشاريع متعددة من الفكرة إلى التسليم، مع ضمان الالتزام بالمواعيد ومعايير الجودة.

الحفاظ على معدات التصوير ومعالجتها عند وجود مشاكل؛ وتنظيم الأصول الرقمية للرجوع إليها بسهولة مستقبلاً.

متابعة أحدث اتجاهات التصوير الفوتوغرافي والفيديو وتطبيق تقنيات جديدة لتحسين جودة المحتوى.
المؤهلات والمهارات

درجة البكالوريوس في التصوير الفوتوغرافي، الفنون البصرية، التسويق أو مجال ذي صلة.

خبرة من 3 إلى 5 سنوات في التصوير الاحترافي والفيديو مع مهارات مثبتة في التحرير.

إجادة استخدام برامج Photoshop، Lightroom، وAdobe Premiere.

مهارات قوية في سرد القصة بصريًا وإنشاء محتوى يدعم الحملات التسويقية.

القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وإدارة مشاريع متعددة بفعالية.
