Job Description

The Sales Associate plays a vital role in supporting smooth sales operations, delivering excellent customer service, and maintaining attractive product displays across wholesale and retail environments. The role includes overseeing product shelving, monitoring stock levels, checking expiry dates and damages, ensuring FIFO/FEFO compliance, and assisting customers in selecting the right products.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

1. Sales & Customer Service

  • Attend to retail and wholesale customers courteously and professionally to ensure a positive shopping experience.

  • Support daily sales activities by helping customers, promoting products, and providing accurate product information.

  • Process sales transactions accurately in coordination with the cashier or POS system.

  • Assist wholesale buyers with order preparation, packing, and product loading when required.

  • Maintain strong product knowledge to answer customer inquiries and promote sales effectively.

  • دعم عمليات البيع اليومية من خلال مساعدة العملاء والترويج للمنتجات وتقديم المعلومات اللازمة.

  • تنفيذ عمليات البيع بدقة بالتنسيق مع أمين الصندوق أو نظام نقاط البيع.

  • مساعدة عملاء الجملة في تجهيز الطلبات والتعبئة وتحميل المنتجات عند الحاجة.

  • الحفاظ على معرفة جيدة بالمنتجات للرد على استفسارات العملاء وتعزيز المبيعات.
