Project QHSE Manager – Role Overview

    • As Project QHSE Manager, you are responsible for planning, leading, and managing all Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) activities at the mine site. The goal is to ensure compliance with statutory regulations, minimize operational risks, and foster a proactive safety culture to achieve zero harm to people, property, and the environment.

Responsibilities

QHSE Leadership & Strategy

      • Develop, implement, and maintain site-specific QHSE policies and procedures in line with corporate standards and mining regulations.

      • Lead the QHSE team and provide direction to supervisors and line management to ensure safety objectives are met.

      • Promote a strong safety culture through visible leadership, engagement, and communication at all levels.

Risk & Compliance Management

      • Ensure compliance with local and international mining safety legislation and standards.

      • Develop, implement, and maintain site risk assessments.

      • Oversee contractors and subcontractors to ensure adherence to site QHSE standards.

Incident & Emergency Management

      • Oversee incident reporting, investigation, and root cause analysis.

      • Ensure timely implementation of corrective and preventative actions.

      • تطوير وتنفيذ وصيانة تقييمات المخاطر في الموقع.


      • الإشراف على المقاولين والمقاولين من الباطن لضمان الالتزام بمعايير QHSE في الموقع.

إدارة الحوادث والطوارئ




      • الإشراف على الإبلاغ عن الحوادث والتحقيق فيها وتحليل الأسباب الجذرية.


      • ضمان تنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية والوقائية في الوقت المناسب.
