About the Role

As a Senior Interior Designer at IDA, you will oversee the development and execution of design concepts for a range of projects. You will collaborate with clients, manage FF&E selection, prepare construction documentation, and ensure that design deliverables meet both quality standards and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead concept development and space planning for interior projects
• Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, and project teams
• Manage FF&E selection and coordination across project phases
• Prepare detailed construction documentation and drawings
• Supervise project implementation to ensure design intent is achieved
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within quality standards

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
• Proficiency in Space Planning, Interior Design, and Construction Drawings
• Experience in FF&E selection and coordination
• Strong project management, communication, and client-facing skills
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Adobe Suite preferred
• Prior experience in hospitality or commercial interior design required
