Key Responsibilities – Teacher / Knowledge Gate International School (KGIS)

  • Creating Engaging Lessons: Plan and deliver lessons that inspire and challenge all students in line with the school curriculum, policies, and external assessment requirements. Individualize and differentiate learning to ensure each student is supported and stretched to achieve outstanding progress.

  • Supporting and Assessing Progress: Regularly assess students’ in-class and at-home learning, providing targeted feedback to drive progress and ensure all students reach their potential.

  • Building a Positive Learning Environment: Establish a classroom and school environment where students feel valued, supported, and motivated to take risks in their learning.

  • Collaborating and Sharing Best Practices: Work closely with colleagues as an active member of the learning community, sharing best practices and contributing to professional development.

  • Contributing to School Life: Play an active role in co-curricular programs, lead clubs, and contribute to whole-school initiatives to enhance students’ educational experience.

  • Collaborating with Parents: Maintain open and constructive communication with parents, building strong partnerships that support students’ progress and ensure each child feels known and respected.

  • إعداد دروس جذابة: تخطيط وتقديم دروس تلهم الطلاب وتحدي قدراتهم، وفق المنهج الدراسي وسياسات المدرسة ومتطلبات التقييم الخارجية. تخصيص التعلم وتفريقه لضمان دعم كل طالب وتمكينه من تحقيق تقدم متميز.


  • دعم وتقييم التقدم: تقييم تعلم الطلاب داخل الصف وفي المنزل بانتظام، وتقديم ملاحظات مستهدفة لتعزيز التقدم وضمان وصول جميع الطلاب لأقصى إمكاناتهم.


  • بناء بيئة تعلم إيجابية: خلق بيئة صفية ومدرسية يشعر فيها الطلاب بالقيمة والدعم، ويكونون مستعدين لتحمل المخاطر في تعلمهم.


  • التعاون ومشاركة أفضل الممارسات: العمل عن كثب مع الزملاء كعضو نشط في مجتمع التعلم، ومشاركة أفضل الممارسات والمساهمة في التطوير المهني.
