About the Job

The driver will safely and accurately operate company vehicles according to assigned routes and schedules. The role includes vehicle inspection, maintenance, and ensuring optimal vehicle performance at all times.

Major Responsibilities

• Safely operate company vehicles following designated routes and schedules
• Perform regular vehicle inspections: cleaning, tidying, oil checks, and tire monitoring
• Follow all traffic rules and regulations and report any violations or incidents
• Maintain a service-oriented attitude and assist passengers with luggage and requests
• Complete driving logs, including mileage, fuel usage, and departure times
• Report vehicle conditions, issues, maintenance dates, and insurance renewals
• Remain calm during emergencies and follow company procedures
• Follow confidentiality policies and protect passenger/company information
• Ensure vehicle safety during working hours and avoid lending the vehicle without authorization

Job Requirements / Qualifications

• High school diploma or above
• Minimum 2 years of professional driving experience with a clean record
• Ability to use required company mobile apps/software
• Strong driving skills, route-planning ability, and emergency handling skills
• English proficiency suitable for workplace communication

المسؤوليات الرئيسية

• قيادة مركبات الشركة بأمان وفق الطرق والجداول المخصصة
• إجراء فحوصات دورية للمركبة: تنظيف خارجي وداخلي، فحص الزيت، وفحص الإطارات
• الالتزام بقوانين المرور والإبلاغ عن أي مخالفات أو حوادث فورًا
• الحفاظ على سلوك مهني وتقديم خدمة ممتازة، ومساعدة الركاب في حمل الأمتعة عند الحاجة
• تعبئة سجلات القيادة بدقة، بما في ذلك المسافات ووقت الانطلاق واستهلاك الوقود
• رفع تقارير منتظمة لقائد فريق السائقين حول حالة المركبة والصيانة والتأمين
• التصرف بهدوء في حالات الطوارئ واتباع إجراءات الشركة
• الالتزام بسياسة السرية وعدم الإفصاح عن معلومات الركاب أو أسرار الشركة
• الحفاظ على أمان المركبة أثناء العمل وعدم السماح للآخرين باستخدامها دون إذن مسبق

المتطلبات / المؤهلات

• شهادة ثانوية عامة أو أعلى
• خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في القيادة المهنية مع سجل خالٍ من الحوادث
• القدرة على استخدام التطبيقات والبرامج المطلوبة من الشركة
• مهارات قوية في القيادة والتعامل مع المواقف الطارئة وتخطيط المسارات
• إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية بالمستوى المناسب للعمل
