🧭 Details

Safely and accurately operate company vehicles based on assigned routes and schedules. Conduct routine inspections, cleaning, and basic maintenance to keep vehicles in top condition and ready for daily tasks.

⚙️ Responsibilities

Follow all traffic regulations to ensure passenger and road safety. Report any incidents or violations promptly and assist in subsequent investigations. Maintain a positive and service-oriented attitude while supporting passengers with their needs and belongings.

🗂️ Reporting & Documentation

Accurately log driving records—departure times, mileage, fuel consumption—and report regularly to the Driver Team Leader about vehicle condition, maintenance, and insurance updates.

🚨 Emergency Handling

Stay calm and act effectively in emergencies like breakdowns or accidents, reporting immediately to supervisors and following instructions.

🔒 Confidentiality & Compliance

Respect the company’s confidentiality policy. Do not disclose passenger or internal information. Always secure the vehicle properly and never lend it to unauthorized individuals.

🎓 Qualifications

  • High school diploma or higher

  • Minimum 2 years of professional driving experience with a clean record

  • Strong driving and route planning skills

  • Knowledge of traffic rules and emergency procedures

  • English proficiency for work communication

تشغيل المركبات الخاصة بالشركة بأمان ووفق المسارات المحددة. تنفيذ عمليات الفحص والصيانة الدورية للمركبة بما في ذلك التنظيف الخارجي والداخلي وفحص الزيت والإطارات لضمان الجاهزية الكاملة.

⚙️ المهام والمسؤوليات

الالتزام بجميع قوانين المرور للحفاظ على سلامة الركاب والطريق. الإبلاغ الفوري عن أي حوادث أو مخالفات ومتابعة الإجراءات اللازمة. التعامل مع الركاب بأسلوب مهذب ومساعدتهم في تحميل أمتعتهم وتلبية احتياجاتهم.

تعبئة سجلات القيادة بدقة (أوقات الانطلاق، المسافات المقطوعة، استهلاك الوقود)، وإرسال تقارير دورية إلى مشرف السائقين حول حالة المركبة والصيانة والتأمين.

🚨 التعامل مع الطوارئ

التحلي بالهدوء واتخاذ الإجراءات المناسبة في حال الأعطال أو الحوادث، مع إبلاغ الإدارة فورًا واتباع التعليمات.

🔒 السرية والالتزام

الالتزام بسياسات السرية الخاصة بالشركة وعدم الإفصاح عن أي معلومات تتعلق بالركاب أو الأعمال. تأمين المركبة أثناء وبعد الاستخدام وعدم السماح للآخرين بقيادتها دون إذن رسمي.

🎓 المؤهلات المطلوبة

  • شهادة الثانوية العامة أو ما يعادلها

  • خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في القيادة المهنية وسجل خالٍ من الحوادث

  • إجادة استخدام التطبيقات الخاصة بالعمل

  • مهارات قوية في القيادة وتخطيط الطرق

  • إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية بمستوى كافٍ للتواصل
