تقديم الدعم الميكانيكي والتجاري لعملاء John Crane الحاليين والعملاء المستهدفين وفريق المبيعات الخارجي، وذلك من خلال مستوى عالٍ من الخبرة الميكانيكية، وردود فعل سريعة، وخدمة عملاء متميزة.

المهام والمسؤوليات الرئيسية




  • تصميم وتنفيذ تعديلات فعّالة من حيث التكلفة على المعدات بهدف تحسين السلامة والموثوقية.


  • المساعدة في المراجعات التقنية للتطبيقات المختلفة لضمان اختيار أفضل لمنتجات وخدمات John Crane.


  • المشاركة في الأعمال اليومية داخل مواقع العملاء في المواقع النائية.


  • امتلاك معرفة معمّقة بالأختام الميكانيكية والأنظمة والوصلات.


  • التواجد في مواقع PDO داخل عُمان طوال الوقت وفق نظام تناوب لمدة 28 يومًا، مع إمكانية تمديد فترة البقاء عند الحاجة.


  • إجراء زيارات ميدانية منتظمة وتقديم خدمات استكشاف الأعطال وحلّها عند اللزوم.


Job Description

Provide mechanical and commercial support to the existing John Crane client base, targeted clients, and the external sales team through consistent mechanical expertise, fast response, and exceptional client service.

Specific Duties, Activities, and Responsibilities

  • Design and implement cost-effective equipment modifications to improve safety and reliability.

  • Assist with technical reviews of specific applications to ensure optimal selection of John Crane products and services.

  • Engage in day-to-day activities at customer sites in remote locations.

  • Possess deep knowledge of mechanical seals, systems, and couplings.

  • Be present at PDO interior locations on a 28-day rotation basis, with readiness to extend stay if required.

  • Conduct regular site visits and provide troubleshooting support when needed.
