3PL Partner & Rider Growth Manager – Oman

Are you passionate about logistics, partner management, and rider growth? Join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in expanding 3PL partnerships, enhancing operational capabilities, and optimizing delivery experiences across the country.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and expand 3PL partners and riders according to city-specific delivery demand.

  • Enhance partner operations through training and communication to align with company strategies.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with all 3PL partners nationwide.

  • Ensure 100% compliance for 3PL partners and their riders.

  • Collaborate with product teams to optimize processes and tools used by 3PL companies.

  • Develop rewards and penalties with the operations team to meet business goals, including rider hiring and user experience targets.

  • Take ownership of partners and regions to achieve recruitment, operational, and customer experience goals.

  • Manage the removal of underperforming partners.

  • Complete departmental tasks as assigned by the manager.

  • Facilitate cross-department communication to achieve organizational objectives.

  • Analyze and manage data to enhance partner performance and delivery experience.

What We Need From You

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher, with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in rider growth and partner management.

  • Excellent communication skills, with strong ability to build and maintain partner relationships.

  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities with a results-driven mindset.

  • In-depth knowledge of rider and 3PL market trends and best practices.

  • Proficiency in English; Arabic is a plus.

  • Preferred: Extensive experience managing 3PL partners in large companies, food delivery partner management, or managing/analyzing partners in domestic logistics or express delivery companies.

المؤهلات المطلوبة

  • مهارات تفاوض وحل مشكلات قوية مع توجه نحو النتائج.

  • معرفة متعمقة باتجاهات السوق والممارسات المثلى لشركاء وسائقي 3PL.

  • إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية، ويفضّل إتقان العربية.

  • الخبرة المفضلة: إدارة شركاء 3PL في شركات كبيرة، إدارة شركاء توصيل الطعام، أو إدارة وتحليل شركاء شركات اللوجستيات أو التوصيل السريع المحلية الكبرى.
