Job Title: Regional Brand Manager / Brand Development Manager

About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven professional to lead the development and operation of our regional chain brands. This role focuses on promoting brand growth, enhancing brand image, and ensuring seamless collaboration with platforms and distribution teams. Responsibilities:

  • Develop and operate regional chain brands, implementing the company’s sales strategy to meet performance targets.

  • Drive in-depth cooperation between brands and platforms in marketing, promotions, and user operations.

  • Provide professional delivery solutions and guide customer operations using business data analysis.

  • Serve as a bridge between brands and distribution teams to continuously improve brand distribution.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication, proposal, and execution skills.

  • Strong negotiation, market development ability, and insight into customer/user needs.

  • Integrity, resilience, passion for work, and strong team spirit.

  • Fluent in English and Arabic (listening, speaking, reading, writing).

  • مهارات ممتازة في التواصل، تقديم العروض، والتنفيذ.

  • قدرة قوية على التفاوض، تطوير السوق، وفهم احتياجات العملاء/المستخدمين.

  • النزاهة، القدرة على التحمل، الشغف بالعمل، وروح الفريق القوية.
