Bus Driver – Join KGIS for Safe & Reliable School Transport

Ensure the safe and comfortable transportation of students in a vibrant, premium learning environment!

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain the school vehicle in roadworthy and safe condition at all times.

  • Keep the vehicle interior and exterior clean.

  • Ensure regular servicing of the vehicle according to manufacturer guidelines.

  • Perform daily visual inspections and checks of tyres, brakes, brake lights, and other essential components.

  • Transport passengers safely according to school Health and Safety guidelines.

  • Demonstrate strong customer service skills and courteous behavior.

  • Promptly report any accidents or injuries.

  • Prioritize passenger comfort, safety, and well-being at all times.

Requirements / Ideal Candidate

  • Full clean driving license.

  • Good eyesight and professional driving ability.

  • Understanding of defensive driving techniques.

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role.

  • Mature, responsible, and at least 25 years old.

  • Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.

  • Fluent in spoken and written Arabic and English.

  • Personable, approachable, and professional appearance at all times.

  • الحفاظ على نظافة داخل وخارج المركبة.

  • التأكد من صيانة المركبة بشكل دوري وفق تعليمات الشركة المصنعة.

  • إجراء فحوصات يومية للزوايا الأساسية مثل الإطارات والفرامل وأضواء الفرامل وغيرها.

  • نقل الطلاب وفقًا لإرشادات الصحة والسلامة بالمدرسة.

  • تقديم خدمة عملاء متميزة والسلوك المهذب طوال الوقت.

  • الإبلاغ الفوري عن أي حوادث أو إصابات.

  • إعطاء أولوية لراحة وسلامة ورفاهية الركاب دائمًا.

  • رخصة قيادة كاملة وصالحة.

  • صحة بصرية جيدة ومهارة قيادة احترافية.

  • معرفة بأساليب القيادة الدفاعية.

  • خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في وظيفة مشابهة.

  • ناضج ومسؤول و25 سنة فما فوق.

  • مهارات إدارة الوقت الممتازة والقدرة على الالتزام بالمواعيد النهائية.

  • إجادة اللغة العربية والإنجليزية تحدثًا وكتابة.

  • شخصية ودودة، مهذبة ومظهر مهني دائمًا.
