Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Yard Fabrication Manager with a strong background in offshore oil & gas fabrication projects. The ideal candidate will lead overall yard fabrication activities, ensure project execution as per quality and safety standards, and manage multi-disciplinary teams to deliver offshore structures within schedule and budget.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project & Fabrication Management

  • Lead fabrication of offshore structures such as topsides, jackets, modules, skids, piping, and subsea structures.

  • Develop and implement fabrication plans, work sequences, and yard execution strategies.

  • Coordinate smoothly between engineering, planning, procurement, construction, QC, and safety teams.

  • Monitor progress, manpower allocation, productivity, and adherence to project schedules.

2. Technical & Quality Oversight

  • Supervise fabrication, welding, assembly, NDT activities, load-out preparation, and mechanical completion.

  • Ensure compliance with offshore standards (API, AWS, ASME, DNV, ISO).

  • Review fabrication drawings, MTOs, welding procedures, and method statements.

  • Resolve technical issues and ensure first-time-right execution.

3. Yard Operations & Resource Management

  • Manage daily construction activities across the yard: structural, piping, mechanical, electrical, blasting & painting, and commissioning.

  • Optimize material movement, yard space utilization, equipment availability, and logistic flow.

  • Lead contractor management, subcontractor performance evaluation, and ensure timely delivery.

4. HSE & Compliance

  • Ensure fabrication activities comply with HSE standards and offshore fabrication guidelines.

  • Conduct safety audits, toolbox talks, and ensure zero-incident execution.

  • Drive continuous improvement and ensure adherence to company and client HSE requirements.

5. Stakeholder Engagement

  • Coordinate with client representatives, third-party inspection agencies (TPI), and classification societies.

  • Provide weekly and monthly progress reports to senior management and clients.

  • Handle change requests, risk management, and support project control activities.

Mandatory Experience:

  • Minimum 10+ years in offshore fabrication yards (topsides, jackets, modules, process skids, etc.).

  • Proven experience managing large-scale fabrication teams.

  • Strong knowledge of offshore codes & standards (AWS, API, ASME, DNV).

  • Experience in heavy structural fabrication, piping fabrication, welding processes, and load-out activities.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical / Marine / Structural / Production Engineering.

  • Certification in welding, fabrication, or offshore safety (advantageous).

  • قيادة تصنيع الهياكل البحرية مثل التوب سايدز، الجاكتس، الوحدات، السكِدات، الأنابيب والهياكل تحت الماء.

  • وضع وتنفيذ خطط التصنيع وتسلسل العمل واستراتيجيات تنفيذ الساحة.

  • التنسيق بين فرق الهندسة، التخطيط، المشتريات، الإنشاء، مراقبة الجودة والسلامة.

  • متابعة التقدم، توزيع القوى العاملة، الإنتاجية، وضمان الالتزام بالجداول الزمنية للمشروع.

2. الرقابة التقنية والجودة

  • الإشراف على التصنيع، اللحام، التجميع، أنشطة الاختبارات غير التدميرية، تحضير التحميل، والانتهاء الميكانيكي.

  • ضمان الالتزام بمعايير البحر (API، AWS، ASME، DNV، ISO).

  • مراجعة رسومات التصنيع، قوائم المواد، إجراءات اللحام، وبيانات الطرق.

  • حل المشكلات التقنية وضمان التنفيذ الصحيح من المرة الأولى.

  • إدارة الأنشطة اليومية في الساحة: الهيكلية، الأنابيب، الميكانيكية، الكهربائية، السفع والطلاء، والتشغيل التجريبي.

  • تحسين حركة المواد، استخدام مساحة الساحة، توفر المعدات، وسير اللوجستيات.

  • قيادة إدارة المقاولين، تقييم أداء المتعاقدين، وضمان التسليم في الوقت المحدد.

4. الصحة والسلامة والالتزام

  • ضمان الالتزام بمعايير الصحة والسلامة والبيئة وإرشادات التصنيع البحري.

  • إجراء عمليات التدقيق الأمني، محاضرات السلامة، وضمان التنفيذ بدون حوادث.

  • دفع التحسين المستمر وضمان الالتزام بمتطلبات الصحة والسلامة الخاصة بالشركة والعملاء.

5. التواصل مع أصحاب المصلحة

  • التنسيق مع ممثلي العملاء، وكالات التفتيش الخارجية، وهيئات التصنيف.

  • تقديم تقارير أسبوعية وشهرية عن التقدم للإدارة العليا والعملاء.

  • التعامل مع طلبات التغيير، إدارة المخاطر، ودعم أنشطة التحكم في المشروع.

الخبرة المطلوبة:
