About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Professional Educator – Hair Trainer to join Madi International’s team in Oman. This role is ideal for an experienced hair professional who is enthusiastic about teaching, mentoring, and promoting professional haircare brands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver professional training on haircutting, coloring, styling, and product usage for salons and professional clients.

  • Inspire hairstylists by sharing techniques, trends, and best practices.

  • Support business development by introducing Madi International’s haircare brands to new and existing salons.

  • Conduct in-salon demonstrations, workshops, and events to build brand loyalty and drive sales.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with salon owners and hair professionals.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to deliver impactful education.

  • Represent the company at industry events and educational seminars as a brand ambassador.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 3–5 years of professional hairdressing experience in a salon or educational role.

  • Prior experience in training, mentoring, or education preferred.

  • Strong knowledge of professional hair products, techniques, and salon operations.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Passion for teaching, inspiring others, and staying ahead of trends.

  • Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.

  • Must be based in or willing to relocate to Riyadh.

  • متابعة آخر اتجاهات الصناعة ومعرفة المنتجات لتقديم تعليم مؤثر.

  • تمثيل الشركة في الفعاليات الصناعية والندوات التعليمية كسفير للعلامة التجارية.

المؤهلات والخبرة

  • خبرة لا تقل عن 3–5 سنوات في تصفيف الشعر المهني في صالون أو دور تعليمي.

  • يفضل وجود خبرة سابقة في التدريب أو الإرشاد أو التعليم.

  • معرفة قوية بالمنتجات الاحترافية للشعر والتقنيات وتشغيل الصالونات.

  • مهارات تواصل وعرض ممتازة.

  • شغف بالتعليم وإلهام الآخرين ومواكبة أحدث الاتجاهات.

  • الطلاقة في اللغة الإنجليزية؛ العربية ميزة إضافية.
