Retail Asset Officer – MAF Properties | Oman Cluster

Join MAF Properties and help ensure the safety, security, and excellence of our world-class retail destinations in Oman!
We’re looking for a vigilant and dedicated Retail Asset Officer to uphold the safety of our customers, merchants, visitors, and staff while maintaining the highest operational standards across our mall environments.

Responsibilities

  • Secure and clear a 30-meter area around incidents, close entrances, and restrict video recording.

  • Direct visitors to exits safely, ensuring elevators, escalators, and travellators are not used during emergencies.

  • Assist elderly and disabled individuals in safe evacuation.

  • Evacuate all areas including shops, restrooms, and parking zones, ensuring fire exits are open and equipment is powered down.

  • Guide firefighters and emergency personnel to incident sites and assist in rescue coordination.

  • Maintain swift, accurate communication with the control room and management; issue evacuation calls only after confirmed instructions.

  • Ensure everyone gathers at designated assembly points and prevent re-entry until clearance is given.

  • Conduct daily patrols and checkpoints within the mall, parking, and surrounding areas.

  • Submit detailed daily reports and help uphold MAF’s reputation for safety and quality.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a related role.

  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.

  • Strong proficiency in both spoken and written Arabic and English.

  • Flexibility to work on a rotating shift basis.

  • تأمين محيط 30 مترًا حول موقع الحادث، إغلاق المداخل، ومنع التصوير بالفيديو.

  • توجيه الزوار نحو المخارج الآمنة والتأكد من عدم استخدام المصاعد والسلالم المتحركة أثناء الإخلاء.

  • مساعدة كبار السن وذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة أثناء عمليات الإخلاء.

  • إخلاء جميع المناطق بما في ذلك المحلات ودورات المياه ومواقف السيارات، وضمان فتح مخارج الطوارئ وإيقاف تشغيل المعدات.

  • إرشاد رجال الإطفاء وفِرَق الطوارئ إلى موقع الحادث وتقديم الدعم في عمليات الإنقاذ.

  • الحفاظ على تواصل دقيق وسريع مع غرفة التحكم والإدارة وعدم إصدار أوامر الإخلاء إلا بعد التأكيد الرسمي.

  • التأكد من تجمع الجميع في نقاط التجمع المحددة ومنع العودة إلى المبنى قبل الحصول على الموافقة.

  • تنفيذ جولات يومية داخل المول والمواقف والمناطق المحيطة.

  • تقديم تقارير يومية تفصيلية والمساهمة في الحفاظ على سمعة ماجد الفطيم في الأمن والجودة.

المتطلبات

  • خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في مجال ذي صلة.

  • شهادة الثانوية العامة أو مؤهل معادل.

  • إجادة اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية تحدثًا وكتابة.

  • القدرة على العمل بنظام المناوبات.
