Details

The Retail Asset Officer is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of mall customers, merchants, visitors, and employees. The role involves monitoring, responding to emergencies, and supporting smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Secure and clear a 30-meter area, close entrances, and prevent video recording
• Direct people to safe exits and ensure elevators/escalators/travellators are not used
• Assist elderly or disabled individuals during emergencies
• Evacuate shops, toilets, parking areas, and ensure fire exits are open
• Ensure machinery is turned off and guide firefighters/emergency teams to the incident area
• Request control room support for trapped individuals
• Maintain fast and accurate communication with the control room and management
• Issue evacuation calls only after receiving confirmation
• Ensure all staff/customers gather at assembly points and prevent re-entry until approved
• Conduct daily checkpoints inside the mall, parking, and surrounding areas
• Submit daily reports and uphold world-class mall standards

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong proficiency in spoken and written Arabic and English
• Flexibility to work shifts

يتولى مسؤول أصول البيع بالتجزئة مهمة ضمان سلامة وأمن زوار المول والتجار والموظفين. يشمل الدور مراقبة السلامة، التعامل مع الحالات الطارئة، ودعم سير العمليات اليومية بسلاسة.

المسؤوليات

• تأمين وتفريغ مساحة 30 مترًا وإغلاق المداخل ومنع التصوير
• توجيه الأشخاص نحو مخارج آمنة وضمان عدم استخدام المصاعد والسلالم الكهربائية
• مساعدة كبار السن وذوي الاحتياجات أثناء الطوارئ
• إخلاء المحلات ودورات المياه ومواقف السيارات وضمان فتح مخارج الطوارئ
• التأكد من إيقاف الآلات وإرشاد فرق الإطفاء والطوارئ لموقع الحادث
• طلب دعم غرفة التحكم للأشخاص العالقين
• الحفاظ على تواصل سريع ودقيق مع غرفة التحكم والإدارة
• إصدار نداء الإخلاء فقط بعد التأكيد الرسمي
• التأكد من تجمع الجميع في نقاط التجمع ومنع الدخول مجددًا قبل موافقة الإدارة
• تنفيذ نقاط تفتيش يومية داخل المول والمواقف والمناطق المحيطة
• تقديم التقارير اليومية والحفاظ على معايير عالمية للمول

المتطلبات

• خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في مجال مشابه
• شهادة الثانوية العامة أو ما يعادلها
• إجادة تامة للغة العربية والإنجليزية (تحدثًا وكتابة)
• المرونة للعمل بنظام المناوبات
