Learning Experience Designer – Oman | MAF Global Solutions

Key Responsibilities

  • Consult with operating companies, business units, and functions to align learning solutions with organizational objectives.

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable, global learning experiences using modern learning technologies and methods.

  • Apply principles of Learning Experience Design (LXD) including interaction design, UX, graphic design, and gamification.

  • Develop and update supplemental training materials such as evaluations, workbooks, lesson plans, and surveys.

  • Partner with subject matter experts to conduct pilots, experiments, and observations to assess learning impact.

  • Collaborate with L&D operations to ensure smooth and timely implementation of learning programs.

Requirements

  • Proven passion for creating engaging and effective learning experiences.

  • Ability to translate content into visual and multimedia learning solutions using graphics, motion design, and audio-visual techniques.

  • Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with stakeholders and SMEs.

  • Excellent command of English.

  • Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years of relevant experience in instructional design or learning experience design.
