Job Purpose

The Printer Engineer will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and networking of A4 and A3 printers at client sites. You will ensure printers operate efficiently while providing technical guidance to clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Install and configure A4 and A3 printers at client locations
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs
• Network printers within client infrastructures
• Coordinate with the support team to provide timely assistance
• Train clients on printer usage and basic troubleshooting
• Maintain service documentation and equipment status records

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with A4 and A3 printers
• Proficient in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining printers
• Knowledge of wired and wireless printer networking
• Familiarity with multifunction and various printer models
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and manage service requests
• Willingness to travel for on-site client support

المهام والمسؤوليات

• تركيب وإعداد طابعات A4 و A3 في مواقع العملاء
• تشخيص أعطال الأجهزة والبرامج وحلها
• إجراء الصيانة الروتينية والإصلاحات
• ربط الطابعات بالشبكات الداخلية للعميل
• التنسيق مع فريق الدعم لتقديم المساعدة في الوقت المناسب
• تدريب العملاء على استخدام الطابعات وحل المشكلات الأساسية
• الحفاظ على سجلات وصيانة الأجهزة ووثائق الخدمة

المؤهلات والمهارات

• خبرة عملية لا تقل عن سنتين في التعامل مع طابعات A4 و A3
• إجادة تشخيص وإصلاح وصيانة الطابعات
• معرفة شبكات الطابعات السلكية واللاسلكية
• الإلمام بمختلف أنواع الطابعات والطابعات متعددة الوظائف
• مهارات تواصل وخدمة عملاء قوية
• القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وإدارة الطلبات الميدانية
• الاستعداد للسفر لتقديم الدعم في مواقع العملاء
