      Key Responsibilities

      • Aalyze current processes and workflows within the Helix ITSM platform to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
      • Design and implement efficient workflows that streamline IT service management processes and boost productivity.
      • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure that all solutions align with organizational goals.
      • Conduct training sessions and create user documentation to help staff effectively use workflow tools.
      • Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented workflows, introducing adjustments when necessary.
      • Stay informed about the latest ITSM trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure continuous improvement.

      Qualifications and Skills

      • Strong experience with Helix ITSM or similar platforms.
      • Expertise in workflow design, process automation, and optimization.
      • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
      • Ability to train users and develop clear, practical documentation.

      • تقديم جلسات تدريبية وإعداد وثائق لدعم المستخدمين في الاستفادة المثلى من أدوات سير العمل.

      • متابعة وتقييم أداء سير العمل المنفذ وإجراء التحسينات عند الحاجة.

      • الاطلاع المستمر على أحدث الاتجاهات والتقنيات وأفضل الممارسات في مجال ITSM.

      المؤهلات والمهارات المطلوبة

      • خبرة قوية في منصة Helix ITSM أو منصات مشابهة.

      • إتقان تصميم سير العمل وأتمتة وتحسين العمليات.

      • مهارات تحليلية وحل مشكلات وتواصل متميزة.
