      managing and optimizing our Helix Core environments. You will ensure seamless version control, support development workflows, and maintain system performance while contributing to the company’s technology growth.

      Key Responsibilities

      • Administer and maintain Helix Core server environments, including users, repositories, and permissions.
      • Implement and optimize workflows for code branching, merging, and release management.
      • Monitor system performance and conduct health checks to ensure high availability.
      • Collaborate with development teams on version control best practices and code integration.
      • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Helix, providing timely support to end-users.
      • Perform regular backups and disaster recovery planning for Helix repositories.
      • Document processes, configurations, and system changes according to company policies.
      • Stay updated on Helix platform advancements and provide recommendations for improvements.

      Requirements

      • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
      • 3–5 years of experience as a Helix administrator or similar version control role.
      • Strong knowledge of Helix Core platform administration.
      • Experience with CI/CD tools and integrating Helix with development pipelines.
      • Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
      • Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams across departments.
      • Relevant Helix certifications or training is a plus.
