We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Marketing Communications Manager to support brand building and visibility efforts across India, the Middle East, and Africa.

Role Purpose

    As district representatives, the primary responsibility is to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their chemical treatment challenges are understood and addressed effectively.

Technical Expertise

    The role requires an in-depth understanding of customers’ plant operations and Ecolab’s product offerings in:

    • Refinery applications

    • Water treatment solutions

    • Petrochemical applications

    Staying updated on trends in specialty chemicals, refining technologies, and water treatment innovations is essential. This includes participating in training programs and workshops to enhance technical expertise.

Team Collaboration

    Close collaboration with technical advisors and subject-matter experts is crucial to resolve complex issues. This teamwork ensures delivery of the high-quality service for which Ecolab is known.

Compliance & Standards

    All customer interactions and transactions must adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements. Maintaining these standards is essential to preserving customer trust and safeguarding Ecolab’s reputation.
