About the Role
The Senior Accountant will manage the company’s financial operations, ensure accurate financial reporting, maintain compliance with accounting standards, and support management in strategic decision-making. This role includes overseeing billing, accounts payable/receivable, general ledger entries, bank reconciliations, and financial statements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all accounting operations including billing, accounts payable/receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

  • Monitor, analyze, and interpret accounting data to generate financial reports.

  • Ensure compliance with local tax laws and regulatory requirements.

  • Coordinate and support annual audits.

  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.

  • Supervise, guide, and mentor junior accounting staff.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

  • Minimum 10 years of accounting experience, preferably in car rental or automotive industry.

  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards.

  • Proficient in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Oracle, or SAP.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
