Job Title: Experienced Rental Agent – Car Rental Industry
Location: Salalah, Sultanate of Oman

We are seeking a dynamic, motivated, and customer-focused Rental Agent with a minimum of 3 years of experience in international car rental companies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner

  • Process rental agreements and all related documentation

  • Handle vehicle reservations, returns, and fleet inventory

  • Upsell additional services and insurance options

  • Resolve customer concerns efficiently and professionally

  • Maintain updated knowledge of rental policies, procedures, and vehicle options

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within a recognized international car rental company

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong sales and customer service orientation

  • Proficiency in rental software and standard office applications

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

  • Fluency in English & Arabic

  • الحفاظ على المعرفة المحدثة بسياسات وإجراءات التأجير وخيارات المركبات

المتطلبات:

  • خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في دور مشابه داخل شركة تأجير سيارات دولية معترف بها

  • مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والتعامل مع الآخرين

  • قدرة قوية على المبيعات وخدمة العملاء

  • إجادة برامج التأجير وتطبيقات المكتب القياسية

  • القدرة على العمل بساعات مرنة بما في ذلك عطلات نهاية الأسبوع والعطلات الرسمية

  • إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية والعربية
