Marketing Manager – Plastic Packaging | Oman

Are you an experienced sales professional in the plastic industry? Join our team as a Marketing Manager and lead sales of plastic packaging products to top FMCG companies across Oman. This role requires strong technical knowledge of machineries, moulds, raw materials, and the ability to develop new products and clients in the plastic packaging sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sell plastic packaging products (bottles, cans, jars, caps, enclosures) to MNCs in personal care, skincare, food & dairy, oil & lubricants, home care, and chemical sectors.

  • Develop and expand customer base and introduce new products in the market.

  • Understand technical specifications of machineries, moulds, and raw materials.

  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure product delivery and client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 6–8 years of experience in sales and marketing in plastic packaging products.

  • Technical knowledge of plastic machinery, moulds, and raw materials.

  • Valid GCC / Oman driving license is a must.

  • Degree or CIEPT qualification.

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Job Location & Benefits

  • Location: Muscat, Oman

  • Accommodation: Bachelor sharing accommodation

  • Food allowance included in salary

  • Leave & ticket: Paid leave and return ticket after 2 years of service

  • Medical: Company-provided insurance

  • Working hours: As per company policy, half-day on Friday

Salary: RO 450 – 500 per month

المسؤوليات الرئيسية

  • بيع منتجات التغليف البلاستيكي (زجاجات، عبوات، برطمانات، أغطية، علب) للشركات الكبرى في قطاعات العناية الشخصية، العناية بالبشرة، الغذاء والألبان، الزيوت والشحوم، العناية المنزلية، والمواد الكيميائية.

  • تطوير قاعدة العملاء وتقديم منتجات جديدة في السوق.

  • فهم المواصفات الفنية للآلات والقوالب والمواد الخام.

  • تحقيق أهداف المبيعات والمساهمة في نمو الأعمال.

  • التنسيق مع الفرق الداخلية لضمان رضا العملاء وتسليم المنتجات بكفاءة.

المتطلبات

  • خبرة 6–8 سنوات في المبيعات والتسويق لمنتجات التغليف البلاستيكي.

  • معرفة فنية بالآلات البلاستيكية، القوالب، والمواد الخام.

  • رخصة قيادة سارية في دول الخليج / عمان.

  • درجة جامعية أو شهادة CIEPT.

  • مهارات تفاوض واتصال قوية.
