Role Overview

This leadership position in Oman oversees the full spectrum of power and water plant operations, ensuring safe, reliable, efficient, and compliant performance. The role drives operational strategy, organizational leadership, financial performance, and stakeholder management across one of Oman’s flagship utility assets.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Strategy & Leadership

  • Develop and implement the plant’s operational strategy aligned with corporate O&M objectives.

  • Lead multidisciplinary teams across operations, maintenance, finance, and supply chain.

  • Drive continuous improvement, technological optimization, and environmental performance.

Performance & Reliability Management

  • Oversee production planning, maintenance execution, and performance programs to maximize availability and reliability.

  • Ensure compliance with all technical, HSSE, contractual, and regulatory requirements.

Financial & Commercial Accountability

  • Manage budgets and control costs to achieve revenue and profitability targets.

  • Ensure adherence to EPC, O&M, and PPA agreements and provide technical direction.

Maintenance, Inventory & Contractor Oversight

  • Oversee inventory, spare parts, and contractor performance to ensure cost-effective and timely maintenance.

Governance, Reporting & Stakeholder Relations

  • Ensure accurate reporting to the Project Company, Board, and stakeholders.

  • Build strong relationships with government authorities, shareholders, and local entities.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية

الاستراتيجية والقيادة التشغيلية

  • تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجية تشغيل المحطة بما يتماشى مع أهداف التشغيل والصيانة على مستوى الشركة.

  • قيادة فرق متعددة التخصصات تشمل التشغيل والصيانة والمالية وسلسلة الإمداد.

  • تعزيز برامج التطوير المستمر ورفع الأداء البيئي والاستفادة من التقنيات المتقدمة.

الأداء والتوافر التشغيلي

  • الإشراف على تخطيط الإنتاج وتنفيذ الصيانة وبرامج تحسين الأداء لرفع التوافر والموثوقية.

  • ضمان الامتثال لمعايير HSSE واللوائح الفنية والتعاقدية.

الإدارة المالية والتجارية

  • إدارة الميزانيات وضبط التكاليف لتحقيق أهداف الإيرادات والربحية.

  • ضمان الالتزام باتفاقيات EPC و O&M و PPA وتقديم التوجيه الفني اللازم.

إدارة الصيانة والمخزون والمقاولين

  • الإشراف على المستودعات وقطع الغيار ومستوى أداء المقاولين لضمان صيانة فعّالة وبتكلفة مناسبة وفي الوقت المحدد.

الحوكمة والتقارير والعلاقات مع الجهات

  • ضمان إعداد تقارير دقيقة وفي الوقت المناسب لمجلس الإدارة والجهات المعنية.

  • بناء علاقات قوية مع الجهات الحكومية والمساهمين والسلطات المحلية.
