      Join a forward-thinking organization in Qatar as an Energy & HVAC Specialist, playing a pivotal role in monitoring, optimizing, and managing energy efficiency and utility systems across facilities. You will lead audits, analyze consumption data, and implement solutions to drive sustainable operations.

      Key Responsibilities

      • Manage deployment of energy and utility monitoring systems (HVAC, lighting, environmental sensors).
      • Lead energy efficiency audits and propose improvement measures using real-time analytics.
      • Analyze historical energy consumption data and utility bills (electricity, water, fuel) to identify trends.
      • Conduct site inspections to understand operational procedures and identify inefficiencies.
      • Oversee project delivery, commissioning, and troubleshooting of energy systems.
      • Coordinate between hardware, software, and integration teams for seamless data flow.
      • Enhance HVAC parameters to optimize analytics and energy efficiency.
      • Train field engineers on system setup, debugging, and performance verification.
      • Ensure installation quality control and adherence to standards.
      • Validate ROI and energy savings through measurement and verification protocols (IPMVP).
      • Develop and maintain SOPs for Energy & HVAC design, commissioning, testing, spare parts management, and integration.
      • Prepare and evaluate tenders for Energy/HVAC/Facility Management projects.

      Qualifications & Requirements

      • Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Energy Engineering, or related field.
      • Proven experience in energy management, HVAC systems, and utility monitoring.
      • Strong knowledge of energy audits, analytics, and M&V protocols (IPMVP preferred).
      • Hands-on experience with commissioning and troubleshooting energy systems.
      • Ability to coordinate across hardware, software, and integration teams.
      • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
      • Experience in preparing and evaluating tenders is an advantage.

      • تحسين معايير أنظمة HVAC لزيادة كفاءة الطاقة باستخدام التحليلات.

      • تدريب المهندسين الميدانيين على إعداد النظام وتشخيص الأخطاء والتحقق من الأداء.

      • ضمان جودة تنفيذ التركيبات والالتزام بالمعايير.

      • التحقق من العائد على الاستثمار وتوفير الطاقة من خلال بروتوكولات القياس والتحقق (IPMVP).

      • تطوير وصيانة الإجراءات التشغيلية القياسية لتصميم، تشغيل، اختبار، إدارة قطع الغيار، وتنفيذ أنظمة الطاقة وHVAC.

      • إعداد وتقييم المناقصات لمشاريع إدارة الطاقة/HVAC/المرافق.

      المؤهلات والمتطلبات

      • درجة في الهندسة الميكانيكية، الكهربائية، أو هندسة الطاقة أو مجال مشابه.

      • خبرة مثبتة في إدارة الطاقة وأنظمة HVAC ومراقبة المرافق.

      • معرفة قوية بتدقيق الطاقة والتحليلات وبروتوكولات القياس والتحقق (يفضل IPMVP).

      • خبرة عملية في تشغيل وحل مشاكل أنظمة الطاقة.

      • القدرة على التنسيق بين فرق الأجهزة، البرمجيات، والتكامل.

      • مهارات تحليلية وحل مشكلات واتصال ممتازة.
